Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working in close collaboration with a Senior Relationship Manager and take care of the clients that are onboarded. You will deputize on all the daily matters with the clients and advise them.
You will as well be able to start/continue developing your own network in the Southern Europe countries and acquire your own clients. The position is based in Luxembourg and you will report to the Head of Southern & Western Europe – European Private Banking and the Senior Relationship Manager that you will support.
What will you do?
- Ensure the onboarding and management of the clients onboarded
- Coordinate with the investment advisory team to deliver investment proposals and monitor their implementation
- Detect client needs and preferences and offer appropriate products and services (financial, legal and tax products)
- Ensure that client instructions are well executed to guarantee a high level of service
- Coordinate client events (conferences and sponsored activities) and organize key-actions to acquire new clients
- Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and make sure the bank’s investment strategy is properly implemented.
Must Have Requirements
What we need?
You have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a relationship management activity
- A good knowledge of the products and services that private clients and financial intermediaries may typically require
- A relevant educational background
- Ideally an insurance sub-broker training (if not, possibility to sit this training with our bank)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships
- A high level of integrity and ethics
- Proven negotiation skills.
You are:
- Fluent in English and French
- Strongly client- and results-oriented
- Motivated to be part of a team
- Ready to relocate to Luxembourg.
