Private Equity Operations Team Leader (M/F)

Within Agile Operations - Invest & Securities, the Team Leader of the Private Equity Operations Team will oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and implement best practices to optimize performance. This role requires a strong background in private equity, operations management, and team leadership

Your next challenge:

• Accurately record financial transactions (e.g., subscriptions, capital calls, payments executions, positions transfers) in internal systems on behalf of the Bank's investors.
  
• Cross-check trade details against confirmations or market data to ensure correctness.
  
• Ensure timely settlement of trades and cash movements across counterparties and custodians.
  
• Reconcile internal records with external confirmations and resolve mismatches.
  
• Investigate and resolve failed trades, unmatched transactions, or complex system errors.
  
• Implement risk management practices to continuously improve operational security, aligning with the first line of defense principles.
  
• Lead and manage the newly formed Private Equity Operations Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders within Agile Operations to ensure seamless integration of operational processes and support the investment lifecycle.
  
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
  
• In the context of processing transactions, act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (such as Transfer Agents and Fund Administrators), helping streamline communication and keep workflows running smoothly.
  
• Oversee drafting of ad hoc distribution agreements and commissions monitoring
  
• Accompany developments of client's specific reporting tools for Private Equity assets

Your skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent experience.
  
• At least 7 years of experience in the banking sector, or in a relevant position.
  
• Fluency in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
  
• Strong background in investors side of Private Equity market
  
• Familiarity with Regulatory Frameworks and Compliance in the Private Equity sector
  
• Excellent understanding of Financial Products & Markets, Operational Control, Systems,
• Monitoring & Reporting, and Business Process Analysis.
  
• Good Command of Payments' Methods & Flows
