In order to support the growth of our Facility Management team, we are currently looking for a:
Trilingual Receptionist (m/f)
You will be joining the dedicated and dynamic Reception team.
In your role, you will:
- Ensure the physical reception of customers, visitors and collaborators;
- Manage telephone calls by taking appropriate actions to ensure a professional and adequate response;
- Hold meeting rooms planning;
- Ensure various administrative tasks like scanning and filing;
- Manage the office supplies orders for the building.
- You have a high school diploma;
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in German, English and French;
- You are dynamic, proactive with a strong sense of customer service;
- You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- You have a very good team spirit;
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
