In order to support the growth of our Family Office – Accounting & Corporate team, we are currently looking for a:


Client Relationship Manager – Accounting & Corporate Services (m/f)


Responsibilities


  • Management of a team composed of at least one accountant (assistant or senior);
  • Management of a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI holdings, which includes the review of:

-Current operations;

-Balance sheet and interim/annual financial statements;

-Extra-accounting tables;

-Reports as requested by clients;

-Calculation of tax provisions;

-Tax declarations;

-VAT declarations;

-Annual accounts;

-Minutes, acts and contracts (purchase/sale contracts of shares, loan contracts, terms of bond loans);

  • As well as:

-KYC / RBE updates;

-Preparation of invoicing;

-Monitoring of unpaid receivables;

  • Central point of contact for the client together with the senior manager depending on the team organization;
  • Identification of tax and legal issues for the files under responsibility;
  • Proposal of solutions to customer challenges and/or needs;
  • Participation in customer meetings;
  • Coordination of tasks with the different units of CF Corporate Services and BDO;
  • Responsible for verifying and meeting legal deadlines for filing annual accounts, tax returns and periodic/annual tax returns;
  • Accounting and legal monitoring, transfer of information to the relevant service teams.

Must-Have requirements


  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting and/or an accounting professional qualification (e.g. ACCA);
  • You have at least 5-7 years’ professional experience in a similar position within a fiduciary/service provider in Luxembourg;
  • You are fluent in English and French;
  • You possess an extensive knowledge in accounting, Luxembourgish taxation and corporate law;
  • You are rigorous with strong analytical skills;
  • You demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and meet deadlines;
  • You are customer and service-oriented;
  • You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
