In order to support the growth of our Quality & Risk Management team, we are currently looking for a:

Senior Compliance Officer (m/f)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis & validation of KYC documentation collected by our client facing professionals, according to the type of client and the services to be delivered;
• Assistance to Business Teams for identification of necessary KYC documentation and information;
• Coordinating with other internal risk management teams as necessary before introduction to Client Acceptance Committee;
• Follow-up regarding missing documents / information;
• Facilitation of (English/French) training courses to managers & up on the use of our KYC tool;
• Management of shared mailboxes;
• Assistance on administrative tasks of the Compliance Team;
• Participating to ad-hoc projects including update of our internal policies (in case of change of laws/regulations), preparation of annual AML training course, specific KYC requests.

REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business law, business administration, economics or finance;
• You have 3-4 years of experience in AML/KYC in Luxembourg or in Europe;
• You are organized, conscientious and rigorous;
• You are proactive, eager to learn and build experience;
• You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
• You are fluent in French and English. Good command in German would be an asset;
