Junior Compliance Officer within a Legal and Financial firm

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to join our client's team within a legal and financial structure in Luxembourg. A structure that seeks to add value by taking a proactive approach, working closely with its clients and their professional advisors to establish long-term partnerships, just as they do with their team.

Junior Compliance Officer - Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze new KYC documents of clients, as well as conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients during the client acceptance process.
• Perform periodic and non-periodic due diligence checks as part of ongoing client monitoring.
• Record and maintain the client database in compliance software.
• Anticipate and respond to client and third-party compliance AML/CFT requirements.

Junior Compliance Officer - Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics, or business administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a structure regulated by the CSSF, a fiduciary, or a trust in Luxembourg.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of French. Proficiency in German is a big plus.
• Ability to grow within a structure and work in a team.
