Italian-speaking Compliance Officer in an Italian AIFM

We are currently seeking an Italophone Compliance Officer to join a dynamic Italian AIFM in Luxembourg. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the regulatory compliance of the company in the alternative and regulated funds sector, within a dedicated and collaborative team.
Compliance Officer - The role will involve:
- Ensuring the company's regulatory compliance by overseeing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the Conducting Officer to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
- Performing regular compliance checks, including AML (anti-money laundering) verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure monitoring.
- Managing due diligence processes for new investments and business partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for company personnel.
Compliance Officer - The candidate should:
- Be fluent in Italian and English, with knowledge of French considered a significant advantage.
- Have previous professional experience in the funds or PSF field, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Luxembourg.
- Have approval from the CSSF or equivalent qualification in compliance.
- Possess analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
