Your Responsibilities
As a TA AML Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing AML/KYC files autonomously, from simplified to enhanced due diligence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage AML/KYC files independently, from Simplified Due Diligence (SDD) to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Perform AML/KYC analyses and risk assessments during Client/Investor Onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Ensure all KYC processes are properly completed: documentation collection, screening, risk assessment, approval process, etc.
- Apply relevant regulations and requirements, including AML/CFT, AMLD6, FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, UBO identification and DAC6.
- Communicate with clients and investors and support internal and external stakeholders throughout the AML/KYC process.
- Maintain accurate records of AML/KYC requests and ensure the quality and accuracy of associated data.
- Prepare and submit High-Risk assessments for Compliance approval and coordinate the approval process.
- Identify and resolve issues related to daily AML/KYC activities.
- Escalate identified risks and blocking issues to Management and propose appropriate courses of action.
- Ensure a high standard of quality across KYC files in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to AML/KYC-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for questions and issues arising during the KYC process.
Your Profile
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Compliance / AML / KYC, ideally within Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt or Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage short-term projects.
- Proactive mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Fluent English is required. French, German, Italian or any additional language is considered an advantage.
