Agent Flight Crew Training

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pelesys/ETR

• Managing the LMS: creating, amending and maintaining courses, enrolments
• Maintenance of crew e-records
• Checking and updating expiries in LMS and AIMS
• Creating templates and curricula in ETR

Licensing

• Keeping records of licences and medicals
• Supporting instructors with licensing matters
• Handle all aspects of foreign licences: transfers and revalidations
• Handling initial, revalidation and renewal process for instructor qualifications

Miscellaneous tasks

• Providing support and assistance to Supervisor Flight Crew Training with daily tasks
• Providing support and be back-up for (Sr) Agent and Senior Officer Planning Training Planning
• Taking care of instructor nominations, termination notices and agreements including administrative requirements
• Organising meetings and meeting rooms as requested by Flight Crew Training
• Handling calls in Planon and IT

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Secondary technical school, 13eme General or BTS
• Knowledge of AIMS and Pelesys would be an advantage
• Ability to interpret and apply aviation legislation, knowledge of EASA regulations pertaining to crew training (EASA-FCL and –OPS) would be an advantage
• Good computer literacy (Ms Excel, Ms Word and Ms Project)
• Autonomous, intuitive, rigorous and structured with good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to take initiatives, to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, (French and German would be an advantage)
• Solution driven with good problem solving
• Well versed in consulting user guides, hardware manuals and other documents to research and execute solutions
• experience in finding software problems and resolving issues 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full time position, based in Luxembourg
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
