Task Responsibilities:
Cargolux is looking for a skilled and motivated Manager Base Maintenance Planning to lead our Base Maintenance Planning Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of base maintenance checks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project delivery.
As Manager Base Maintenance Planning, you will:
- Lead and manage the Base Maintenance Planning Department.
- Oversee and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor departmental performance.
- Plan and coordinate base maintenance checks, including resource allocation.
- Manage the C-Check project team and ensure timely execution.
- Lead C-Check progress, planning, and post-processing meetings.
- Monitor and follow up on daily resource planning to ensure operational efficiency.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Solid understanding of Part 145 planning and Part 145 maintenance.
- Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg.
- Exempt employee role with autonomy and decision-making responsibilities.
- A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required upon positive selection.
