The candidate manages telephone coverage, mail/document distribution, diary scheduling and all other logistical requirements (e.g. travel).
He assists in updating the document database system as well as ensuring efficient electronic and paper filing.
The candidate coordinates business trips, takes care of travel arrangements and checks travel expenses for team members.
He assists in the follow-up internal communication.
The candidate ensures the issuance of audit reports (format and proofreading).
He handles incoming and outgoing correspondence.
The candidate provides ad-hoc assistance for Internal Audit's assistants as required.
He assists in the preparation and logistical planning of missions, meetings, travel, conferences, training.
The candidate ensures administrative back-up to his/her colleagues to guarantee continuous business support.
The candidate has a secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies) or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field.
He has at least 3 years' relevant professional experience.
The candidate has good understanding of activities and objectives of the department. He He has a previous experience in an Internal Audit environment would be an advantage.
The candidate has an excellent knowledge of the Bank's IT tools: in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GED, Business Objects would be an advantage. Interest and aptitude to learn new IT applications
He has excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good knowledge of French. Additional European Union language skills would be an advantage
