About the role:
A space-focused company operating is looking for an experienced PMO to support and structure the delivery of complex projects for institutional and space-related environments. The role focuses on project governance, coordination, planning, reporting and performance monitoring, in close collaboration with project managers, technical leads and executive management.
Your responsibilities :
- Support and structure project governance across multiple projects or programs
- Monitor project performance: planning, milestones, risks, costs and deadlines
- Consolidate and produce project reporting for management and clients
- Coordinate stakeholders, teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, quality and contractual frameworks
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews and follow-up actions
- Contribute to tender responses and project setup activities
Required skills for this role:
- You have at least 8 years of experience in PMO or project governance roles.
- You have strong knowledge of project management standards and tools.
- You have good experience of cost modelling / cost control.
- You have the ability to identify critical issues vs. secondary topics.
- You have strong prioritisation and time/deadline management skills, but also have a strong project ownership mentality.
- A significant experience in the space domain is highly valued.
- You are fluent in English (C1) and, ideally, have a B1/B2 level in French.
