About The Role
The HR & Client Service Senior Generalist will act as a key liaison between our consultants, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth HR operations and exceptional client service delivery. This hybrid role blends hands-on HR management with proactive client relationship management, networking, and market engagement to support business growth and consultant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for consultants and internal staff (onboarding, probation, performance management, offboarding).
- Coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Support talent development initiatives, training plans, and career progression.
- Handle employee relations cases, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company values.
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and anticipating future requirements.
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins, both in-person and virtually, to strengthen trust and ensure service alignment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients, in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Provide clients with market intelligence on talent availability, trends, and competitive insights.
- Support client onboarding of consultants, ensuring contractual and logistical requirements are met.
Client Networking & Market Presence
- Actively participate in industry events, professional networking sessions, and client-hosted gatherings to represent the company and foster new connections.
- Maintain a high level of visibility within the client and industry community, acting as an ambassador for the company’s brand and services.
- Develop and nurture a personal network of client and candidate contacts to support talent sourcing and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership initiatives, case studies, and client-focused events.
- Track and document all networking activities in the company’s CRM to ensure follow-up and relationship continuity.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Contribute to HR and client service process optimization.
- Monitor KPIs related to consultant retention, client satisfaction, and HR service delivery.
- Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8+ years’ experience in HR and/or client service, preferably within consulting, staffing, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and employment regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional networks within the business community.
- HRIS and payroll administration experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Skilled at networking, building rapport, and influencing decision-makers.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
