IT Programme Lead – Financial Services Transformation

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Lead to join a major transformation programme focused on modernising operations and technology, for one of our clients in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT delivery workstream from implementation through SIT, UAT and Go-Live.
• Coordinate business, IT, technology partners and external suppliers.
• Own planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources and deliverables.
• Drive delivery quality, methodology, testing and governance.
• Identify and resolve blockers and ensure timely decision-making.
• Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Challenge delivery approaches and drive pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions.

Experience Required:

• Proven IT delivery leadership experience within financial services or banking.
• Strong experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience across Build, SIT, UAT and Go-Live.
• Experience with complex technology integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple teams, suppliers and competing priorities.
• French & English speaking is essential, any other language considered an asset
