We are hiring a Junior Tax Reporting officer to support a well-established financial institution in Luxembourg as a consultant. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality client service through routine transactional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the team with daily tax-reporting tasks using established procedures and checklists.
-Help prepare standard tax reports and basic investment-income analysis for clients.
-Respond to tax queries and escalate complex issues to senior specialists.
-Support team projects by completing assigned tasks, keeping accurate records and providing updates.
-Build knowledge of tax-reporting processes, systems and regulations through training and practical experience.
-Contribute to process improvements initiatives.
-Support the department with other duties when needed.
Key Skills Required:
-A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
-Exposure to tax reporting within the financial services would be beneficial.
-Strong interest in learning about client tax reporting, investment income taxation and regulatory analysis.
-Fluency French is required.
