Fit-Out Project Manager / Responsable de projets Fit-Out
We are currently supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit-Out Project Manager to contribute to office and workplace infrastructure projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.
This opportunity could be for you if you:
- Have experience managing or coordinating office fit-out or workplace projects
- Have worked as a Project Manager on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Have experience in environments such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar operational contexts
- Enjoy structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring delivery
- Are comfortable coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Appreciate working in international and collaborative environments
You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Experience in project or programme management in office / workplace environments
- Experience managing complex transversal projects (e.g. IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
- Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
- Fluent English is required.
