Our client is a leading international company in the manufacturing of special vehicles
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient sales back-office operations in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing order entry and processing
- Monitoring delivery deadlines
- Handling incoming correspondence independently
- Providing administrative and operational support to sales partners
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of sales coordination and customer service activities
As a Sales Support Specialist, your profile is described as follows:
- Background in commercial or technical studies or equivalent experience
- Initial experience in a similar sales support or administrative role is an advantage
- Strong command of German, French, and English, Dutch is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
As a Sales Support Specialist, you can expect the following:
- Daily interaction with international stakeholders and partners
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract: 1 year
- Work location: Luxembourg (Close to Clervaux)
