Senior Analyst Transfer Agency

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst specialising in Transfer Agency to strengthen their teams and contribute to the development of their platforms and operational processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing project requirements and formalizing them into Project Initiation Documents (PID).
• Participating in the design of functional solutions and supporting the testing phases of new functionalities.
• Monitoring and managing project-related changes, including reporting and impact assessment.
• Analyzing and testing financial connectivity solutions, particularly SWIFT, SFTP and NSCC.
• Conducting analysis and testing related to trailer fees, commissions and distribution flows.
• Providing advanced functional expertise on Transfer Agency applications (Temenos Multifonds mandatory).
• Organizing and producing functional and operational documentation to support process evolution and production rollouts.
• Supporting onboarding activities and user training, helping business teams adopt new solutions.
• Identifying project risks and defining appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Producing user guides and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure effective dissemination of best practices.

As a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst, your profile ideally includes:

• Proven experience in Transfer Agency (TA) processes, covering end-to-end operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Multifonds TA environments.
• In-depth understanding of dealing, commissions, trailer fees, corporate actions and reporting.
• Experience managing SWIFT (MT/MX) flows, payments and SFTP integrations.
• Knowledge of NSCC processes, including reporting, mapping and reconciliations.
• Ability to contribute to complex transformation or onboarding projects within the investment fund industry.
• Strong skills in business analysis, functional documentation and testing management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency English

• The position offers a salary package around €100,000 gross per year, depending on experience and expertise. Of course, freelance or independent consultants are welcome too.
