We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our clients' IT Department. This short-term temporary role is ideal for a junior administrative professional with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
The location is Belval.
Your Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the IT Department, including:
- Managing agendas, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Handling administrative coordination for departmental activities
- Assisting with budget follow-up and basic financial processes
- Supporting purchase requests (PR) and administrative workflows
- Ensuring smooth communication within the team and with internal stakeholders
Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Junior-level administrative experience or transferable skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Business-fluent English and French required
- No specific degree is required
