Our client, a European bank based in Luxembourg is looking for its future KYC Analyst. This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Supporting the KYC team in making sure client information is accurate, complete and up to date
- Helping the organisation comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules
- Working closely with different internal teams and reporting to a direct manager
- Collecting and checking KYC information and documents for new and existing clients
- Updating and maintaining client data in internal systems
- Reviewing documents related to key individuals linked to clients
- Running checks on sanctions lists, politically exposed persons and negative media
- Helping ensure due diligence files are complete and consistent
- Following up with internal teams to move files forward on time
- Reporting and documenting any issues according to internal procedures
Your profile :
- University degree in law, business, political sciences, international studies or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including time in an operational role
- Experience in compliance, KYC or AML is a plus
- Basic understanding of KYC, customer due diligence and AML frameworks is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Very good level of English; other European languages are an asset
- Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with compliance or screening tools is a plus
- Motivated and focused on delivering quality work and meeting deadlines
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes
- Comfortable working with others across different teams
- Interested in working for an organisation with a strong public mission and high ethical standards
