Our client, a Investment bank based in Luxembourg is looking for its future Senior Compliance Data & Reporting Officer for their Group Risk & Compliance department.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsibilities :
- Design, build, and maintain compliance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Turn business and regulatory needs into reliable and user-friendly data and reporting solutions.
- Handle regular and ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor and improve data quality, including validation, controls, and consistency checks.
- Act as a key expert on databases, reporting tools, and BusinessObjects within the team.
- Work closely with IT teams and data owners to ensure systems and reports run smoothly.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes and standards.
- Support governance by documenting processes, ensuring compliance, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Your profile :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally in compliance, risk, or financial services.
- You are highly skilled in reporting tools, especially Business Objects (Web Intelligence), and comfortable working with databases and SQL.
- You understand how data flows, models, and quality controls work, and can spot and fix data issues.
- You can translate complex business or regulatory requirements into clear reporting solutions.
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- You communicate clearly in English and/or French and work well with different stakeholders.
- Experience with compliance topics (AML, KYC, sanctions) or data governance is a plus.
Package :
- Annual gross salary: €86 278 € (paid over 12 months)
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
