We are looking for one of our client for a Study Programme Administrator for a period of 3 months, renewable.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate standard study programme administration tasks.
- Manage student records and provide support on enrolment and academic matters.
- Plan and schedule courses, allocate classrooms, and handle related logistics.
- Act as a point of contact for teachers, offering administrative and organisational support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of academic services.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years’ experience in administrative roles, ideally within academic or customer service-oriented environments.
- Proven skills in calendar and schedule management.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and a talent for prioritising tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with high-level stakeholders
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
