For our department Crew Control within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Flight Operations Officer - Crew Control
Main duties:
- In charge of
crew control within OCC's responsibility period in compliance with the
regulations and procedures in force
- Check closely Flight Duty Regulations
legalities and take remedy actions according to current legal and internal regulations
in force
- Ensure that planning
modifications are compatible with crew travel documents like passports
- Anticipate and
follow-up flight operations
- In case of disruption,
proactively develop and apply strategies to minimize operational impact in coordination with SFOO
- Compile
documents for flight folder and put at crew disposal
- Be
the key contact for the crew for all questions relating to the crew
control
- Collect and treat the Flight Folders
delivered by the crew after flight according to current legal and internal
regulations in force
- Ensure the delivery and
return of cash money from to the OCC cash box
- Perform
administrative tasks.
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Be holder of a “Bac” or equivalent
- Have strong
organizational skills and a clear sense of priorities
- Have
excellent analytical and listening skills
- Be rigorous, precise and stress-resistant
- Be prepared to
work in a team and irregular shifts
- Be familiar with
standard office applications
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in
French or German (spoken and written).
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
- Flight Time
Limitation (ORO FTL) knowledge or practical experience
- Show experience
of Eurocontrol's procedures and slot management
- Must be able to
pass successfully the Flight Operations Competency Check
- Show user skills in Tools used in OCC.
The ideal candidate:
- Holder of a
dispatcher certificate or a private pilot license or equivalent experience in a
similar position
- Knowledge of
Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
- Have a proven experience
in the area of activity.
