Manpower Permanent Placement, the recruitment company of ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients, a top-tier global automotive industry supplier, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cost Controller (M/F/D) - Permanent role, to join their team.
Location: Grevenmacher
You will directly report to the Finance Manager.
In this critical capacity, you will be the financial compass of the company, working under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager. Your mission will encompass a broad spectrum of financial duties:
Your responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Craft detailed monthly financial statements and reports, providing a clear view of the company’s financial landscape.
Costing System Management: Take charge of maintaining and enhancing the costing system for our state-of-the-art production facility, ensuring it reflects accurate and meaningful data.
Budget and Strategy: Play a key role in the budgeting process and strategic planning, aligning financial goals with company objectives.
Spending Analysis: Delve into spending patterns, performing meticulous variance analysis in a manufacturing setting, focusing on materials, labor, and overheads.
Opportunity Analysis: Work alongside various departments to analyze and assess business opportunities, driving growth and profitability.
Quotation Process Collaboration: Engage in the quotation process, ensuring the harmonious collaboration of sales and production teams to maximize the efficiency of production tools.
Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable degree
Fluent in English (French and/or German are a plus)
At least 5 years of professional experience in operational controlling, ideally in the automotive environment and/or project controlling
Good knowledge of cost and profitability calculations as well as MS Office, SAP module PS/CO and PowerBI/Power Query are an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
