EXCEL SPECIALIST (ENG/FR)
Job description:
- Develop and support existing and new applications based on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
- Responsible for constructing a database of all purchases from the company
- Responsible for improving and updating the database by judging the categorization of each line depending on the information collected previously (from previous year’s reports, talking to the buyers, etc.)
- Assisting in the development of business-related dashboards to ensure continuous tracking of business process implementation across the area;
- Preparing PPT presentations summarizing business updates of our Business Units across the area;
- Contributing to the development of an integrated and digital environment for documentation;
Profile:
- Great knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
- Display good communication and organizational skills
- Good team player and display a positive attitude
- Strong aptitude and accuracy for numbers
- MS Access knowledge
