Learning and Development Officer (M/F/X) _ permanent role

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting for one of its clients, a prestigious international Law and Tax firm, a Learning and Development Officer (M/F/X) - Permanent role, to join the Human Resources department.



Status: Permanent contract to start now

Location: Kirchberg



Your Responsibilities:



Research and propose innovative training courses aligned with organizational goals.

Coordinate and oversee the administrative aspects of training programs.

Engage with internal and external training providers to ensure quality and effectiveness of programs.

Contribute to and participate in global L&D projects aimed at enhancing employee development.

Implement HR administrative procedures and provide support to the HR team as needed.



Your profile:



Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources or related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within audit or legal firms.

Fluency in English and French.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including social media, to facilitate learning initiatives.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proactive, dynamic, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
