Process Technician (w/m/x) - Permanent role

The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is hiring for one of its clients, an international automotive industry located in Luxembourg. We are looking for a Process Technician (m/f/x) for a permanent position (CDI) to start immediately.



 

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES :

 

Within the manufacturing process department, you will set up each tool before the scheduled production cycle, ensuring the quality of the produced parts. Under the guidance of the Process Manager, you will actively participate in:

• Proposing continuous improvement solutions in collaboration with various departments (production, maintenance, engineering, R&D, and quality).


• Developing the LEAN manufacturing program.


• Developing and implementing new processes for future products.

YOUR PROFILE:

 

• Hold a Bac+2 or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.


• Have between 2 and 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing will be highly appreciated.


• Possess a problem-solving approach, logical and mathematical thinking, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.


• Mandatory proficiency in English and French.
