Regulatory Reporting Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.)


• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of regulatory data


• Digitalise, classify, and maintain documentation related to regulatory submissions


• Update internal systems, reporting tools, and data repositories


• Perform controls, reconciliations, and data quality checks


• Manage pending reporting items and ensure timely submission within regulatory deadlines


• Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with supervisory requirements


• Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams


• Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and strong analytical skills

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial institutions


• Strong understanding of prudential regulations and reporting frameworks


• Rigorous, organised, and comfortable with complex datasets


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments


• Strong command of MS Office and regulatory reporting tools


• Fluent English is mandatory; French is an advantage
