Your role
Reporting to senior members of the Governance Division, you will contribute to advising on corporate governance matters and provide organisational and advisory support to executive management, governing bodies and senior management committees.
You will operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, working with autonomy, discretion and precision, while managing sensitive matters and tight deadlines.
Your main responsibilities
Support the organisation of Executive and Senior Management Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation management and meeting logistics
Draft and maintain accurate minutes, summaries and action point logs, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of decisions
Contribute, as required, to the drafting of Board briefings
Participate in strengthening the governance framework by proposing and implementing process, policy and procedural improvements
Foster effective communication, cooperation and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments
Support digital transformation initiatives relevant to governance activities
Contribute to the administration and development of internal governance portals
Proactively manage shared mailboxes and contact databases
Act as back-up and provide operational support to other officers within the division when needed
Your profile
University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business Administration, Law, Political Sciences, Finance or a related field
At least 3 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally involving institutional, corporate or policy-related matters
Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook and Word; good knowledge of other MS Office tools and openness to digital solutions
Strong drafting, editorial and presentation skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
Key competencies
Fluent English is mandatory; additional EU languages are an asset
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a dynamic environment
High sense of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
Flexible, reliable and able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a constructive and solution-oriented mindset
