Present in more than 70 countries, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join and support our Finance team.
Your Missions
As an Accounting & Finance Intern, you will support the Finance and Accounting team in its day-to-day activities and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international professional environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting activities and recording financial transactions
- Learning and using our accounting and finance tools, including Odoo and Agicap
- Monitoring and reviewing supplier and customer invoices
- Supporting bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Participating in the preparation of monthly accounting closings
- Reviewing, filing and archiving accounting and financial supporting documents
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports, dashboards and monitoring tools
- Assisting with the monitoring of expenses, budgets and financial analyses
- Supporting various administrative, accounting and financial tasks according to the department’s needs
Your profile
- Student in Accounting, Finance, Management, Audit or a related field
- Internship agreement (“Convention de stage”) mandatory
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong analytical skills
- Rigorous, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle financial and business information with a high level of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Good command of French and English would be considered an asset
- Motivated to learn and develop practical skills in accounting and corporate finance
