We are currently looking for a :
Recruitment Analyst (M/F/D) - Bilingual English-French
Your mission :
- Support recruitment and selections procedures (vacancy notice posting, LinkedIn sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation etc.);
- Provide recruitment related logistical support and being the SPOC to candidates and hiring managers on those matters;
- Support the recruiter in the management of Reserve lists;
- Liaising with the Budget and Finance Unit regarding the travel expenses of candidates;
- Prepare internal recruitment related reports;
- Provide dedicated end to end support to the Recruiter on the traineeship programme (incl. onboarding related activities).
Your profile :
- You have a strong first experience as in the domain;
- You are fluent in English (C1) and in French (B2/C1).
