Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer (m/f/x) – Institutional Sector

About our Client
Our partner is a leading international financial institution based in Kirchberg. As a key driver of innovation funding, this organization operates in a prestigious, multilingual environment dedicated to fostering economic growth across the European Union. To support the expansion of Late-stage Venture Capital programs, they are seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven professional for a strategic mission.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to senior team members, you will play a pivotal role in launching "pan-EU scale-up" initiatives. Your missions will focus on the following core pillars:

Project Management: Support the operational management of late-stage venture capital programs and the development of successor initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with external partners, including mandators, policymakers, and private investors, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external teams.

Strategic Reporting: Draft high-level notes, presentations, and briefings for governance bodies to promote and update on initiative progress.

Legal & Market Support: Assist in preparing legal documentation and negotiations, while conducting market intelligence and monitoring ongoing investment deployments.
Your Profile

Education: University degree (Bachelor’s minimum) in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector or consultancy, with a strong preference for Venture Capital or Private Equity.

Languages: Excellent command of English (written and oral). Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a distinct advantage.

Hard Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Prior experience handling legal documents is a plus.

Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
