The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in
the Moonar business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014
and employs currently more than 90 employees.
One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale
or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the
procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print
materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced
on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel
Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have
been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and
2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries business (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

Manager Global Procurement – IT Services (f/m/d)

Role Overview
Join HARIBO as an IT Services Buyer and take ownership of the end-to-end procurement
process for IT-related services and solutions. You will ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and
alignment with business and IT strategies, acting as a key link between suppliers, internal
stakeholders, and the global IT department.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Procurement – Develop sourcing strategies for IT services; conduct market analysis; support global initiatives for IT services.
- Supplier Management – Select and manage IT service providers/vendor in alignment with the IT project leader; monitor performance and compliance.
- Contract & Negotiation – Lead pricing and SLA negotiations; support/review contracts in collaboration with Legal and IT Vendor Management; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with IT, Finance, and Legal; act as trusted advisor for IT stakeholders on procurement topics; support vendor onboarding and projects.
Required Skills
- Completed degree in business informatics, economics with a focus on Purchasing or similar field of study; an apprenticeship as IT Specialist with relevant experience in a Procurement/Purchasing role is also possible
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Procurement/Purchasing department, preferably with a focus on IT Services
- Well experienced in negotiating and contract management
- Strong analytical and cost-optimization mindset
- Familiar with procurement tools and ERP-System, ideally SAP
- Flexible, proactive, and structured with high ownership and accountability
- Result-driven personality characterized by clear communication, effective stakeholder management and decisive execution with assertiveness
- Intercultural competence, respecting and appreciating colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels
- Willingness for business travel is required
- Languages: Fluency in English and German; good knowledge of another foreign language is a plus
