Innovation Operations Lead (m/f)

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare, support and coordinate innovation initiatives defined by the Innovation & Partnerships Director.
• Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, squads and cross-functional experimentation activities aligned with BCE’s innovation roadmap. 
• Ensure operational follow-up of actions, deliverables, milestones and experimentation outcomes. 
• Contribute to PoCs, lightweight prototypes and innovation testing activities. 
• Support AI enablement initiatives through workshops, demonstrations, best practices and internal adoption activities. 
• Contribute to the identification and structuring of AI and innovation use cases across BCE business and media workflows. 
• Support user research, problem exploration and innovation discovery activities. 
• Prepare documentation, synthesis material and decision-support inputs for innovation governance and review activities. 
• Maintain innovation repositories, reusable assets and knowledge-sharing materials. 
• Support operational interactions and follow-up with startups, partners and research actors. 

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation, Technology, Media, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience. 
• 3–5 years of experience in innovation, project coordination, technology initiatives or digital transformation environments. 
• Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and innovation methodologies. 
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and work with multiple stakeholders. 
• Structured and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation capabilities. 
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented personality. 
• Comfortable working in evolving and exploratory environments. 
• Team-minded with strong collaboration skills.

This department drives the organization's technology strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and efficiency across media workflows and Media as a Service platforms. The team includes experts in architecture, data, security, and emerging technologies, working collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with BCE's strategic goals.
