Your Responsibilities

•  Contribute to IT projects around Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies.
• Conduct research and draft IT studies, knowledge articles, scripts, or designs.
• Test, implement and document new IT components, configurations, or processes.
• Take ownership of delegated activities related to project coordination, administration, and reporting.
• Actively participate in the second level support of existing IT solutions.
• Attend meetings with IT experts, end-users or representatives from other RTL group entities.

Your Profile
 

• Holding or in final year of a relevant higher education degree in an IT-related domain.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Power Platform, Copilot, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Terraform, ReactJS, IT Security, Service Management or Project Management frameworks are assets.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive team player, rigorous and eager to learn.
   
   

Your Team

Digital Workplace Services (DWS) is an RTL Group central competence center for Digital Workplace, enterprise AI services, cloud productivity platforms and identity & access management.
 
DWS delivers end to end service lifecycles to RTL Group and its Business Units, covering strategic studies, governance and policies, projects and programs, expert support, and advisory services, with a strong focus on scalability, security and user adoption.
 
Initiated in 2015, DWS is today in charge of the Group Central Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, enterprise security solutions, and identity services based on Microsoft Entra. In parallel, DWS leads the introduction, governance and operationalization of enterprise AI services, such as Microsoft Copilot and other approved generative AI platforms, ensuring secure, compliant and value driven usage across the Group.
DWS actively contributes to the convergence and harmonization of related technologies across RTL Group Business Units, in a complex context of multiple tenants, organizations and regulatory constraints. The team partners closely with Information Security, Architecture and transformation programs, and acts as a central coordination and communication hub between Business Units, external providers and Bertelsmann.
