For one of our clients, a European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an : Chief Executive/Deputy Chief Executive - Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting line:

The incumbent(s) report to and work under the supervision of senior members of the team working on late-stage venture capital programmes.
Purpose
- Support project management activities related to late-stage venture capital activities;
- Support the development and launch of the next generation pan-EU scale-up initiative, aimed at fostering innovation and growth across European Union;
- Enhance stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners;
- Support market intelligence and analysis.

Responsibilities
- Together with the team, lead the project management activities on late-stage venture capital programmes;
- Manage relationship with external stakeholders, including mandators, policymakers and private investors;
- Lead and/or coordinate activities with the relevant internal teams;
- Draft notes, presentations and briefings for governance bodies and external stakeholders to provide updates and/or promote the successor initiative;
- Support the preparation of legal documentation and related negotiation with internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor the deployment of the ongoing initiative and conduct relevant market analysis;

PROFIL

Qualifications

- University degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law or any related subject;
- A minimum of three (3) years' relevant professional experience in the financial sector and/or consultancy, preferably in venture capital and/or private equity;
- Any (or a combination) of the following would be an advantage:
o Prior project management experience;
o Good knowledge of the European Union, its institutions and policy objectives;
o Prior experience in handling legal documents;
o Strong analytical and numerical skills;
o Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc).
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.

this is an opportunity for an initial contract of 2 months, with possible extensions afterwards.
Salary ranges between 4500EUR and 6400EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
