POSTE
For our client located in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an :
Data Document Manager
We are seeking an experienced Data and Document Manager to oversee all aspects of our data management activity within the Business Relationship Team.
This role is responsible for managing, maintaining and updating the organization's entire data event lifecycle, including internal and external marketing media, questionnaires, and other critical data activities.
The Data and Document Manager will play a key part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency across a diverse set of platforms and processes.
Fixed-term contract for initially 6 months with the possibility of renewal based on organizational needs.
· Maintain and update internal and external databases, data files, websites with both dynamic and static fund data.
· Collect, monitor, and validate data following established procedures and schedules.
· Managing the collection of funds documents for public and client dissemination.
· Initiate and track alerts; follow up on previously identified data concerns.
· Draft, review, and update procedural documentation for data management processes.
· Conduct ongoing control activities to ensure data quality, compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
· Lead golden data source and record management, apply survivorship rules, and define system source-of-truth standards.
· Design, implement, and oversee automated data quality controls, focusing on completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, and uniqueness.
· Standardize data input quality across key systems including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Client Portal, and Power BI.
· Support and coordinate all data-related activities for marketing media and organizational questionnaires.
· Maintain marketing presentation
PROFIL
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance.
· Proven experience in data management within the fund or financial services industry.
· Strong understanding of data governance, data mapping, structuring, data quality controls, etc.
· Good knowledge of finance and Investment funds
· Familiarity with relevant systems such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, etc.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to lead data clean up projects.
· Proficiency in English is mandatory, French or Italian are a plus.
This is an opportunity for a 6-month CDD to start ASAP.
Salary range : 65-80kEUR annual gross, depending on your profile.
