YOUR ROLE

You play a key role in the administration of Microsoft infrastructures, virtualization platforms, messaging systems and cybersecurity solutions within critical environments. The position involves both operational activities and participation in major infrastructure transformation projects. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work in highly regulated environments.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019 and later).
• Manage Active Directory services across multiple domains and sites.
• Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and PKI environments.
• Administer Microsoft Exchange environments and support upgrade activities.
• Maintain and optimize VMware vSphere and Hyper-V infrastructures.
• Manage virtual desktop and remote desktop environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions, including Microsoft Operations Manager.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
• Support backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities using Veeam and other enterprise backup solutions.
• Manage storage infrastructures including SAN and NAS technologies.
• Support antivirus and endpoint security platforms.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization, migration and transformation projects.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure administration.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE or equivalent. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or similar cloud certifications.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering server migration and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working within Aerospace, Defense, Government or highly regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of security best practices for critical infrastructures.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Security Clearance Requirement: due to the sensitive nature of the projects and customer environments, candidates must hold an active security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance. Employment will be subject to successful completion of all applicable security screening procedures.
