YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and client‑oriented Client Manager specialized in IT Solutions to support and develop our strategic accounts within the European Institutions in Luxembourg. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the successful delivery of our technology services while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our presence in a highly innovative and fast‑evolving environment.
- Manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of European Institutional clients with a strong focus on IT solutions and services.
- Understand clients’ digital transformation challenges—cybersecurity, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, workplace solutions, data & AI—and propose tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Lead strategic account planning, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
- Coordinate closely with pre-sales, delivery, project managers, and technical experts to guarantee the successful execution of IT projects.
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across our IT service portfolio.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and continuously improve the client experience.
- Stay updated on EU Institutions’ IT strategies, procurement frameworks, and upcoming digital initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Engineering or Business field;
- Proven experience in IT services sales, with similar experience within the European Institutions in Luxembourg (minimum 3 years) ;
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and governance rules specific to this sector;
- Solid understanding of the local market and IT solutions (Digital, Testing, Infrastructure/Cloud, Security);
- Impactful communication, emotional intelligence, proactiveness and strategic Agility;
- Client-centricity and deal-shaping approach;
- Fluency in French and English. Other EU languages are a plus.
