DevSecOps Expert / Trainer (M/F)

You will define, structure, and enable DevSecOps governance and security standards aligned with modern cloud, security, and automation practices. You will contribute to the creation of clear, scalable, and audit-ready frameworks across the software development lifecycle.

This role is primarily focused on policy definition, standards, and training/enablement, rather than hands-on technical implementation.

What we expect from you

• +5 years of experience in DevSecOps, Information Security, or Cloud Security governance
• Strong experience in defining and documenting security policies and standards in enterprise environments
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, CIS, and CSA
• Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and application security principles
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines security and DevSecOps best practices
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) security and cloud provisioning controls
• Familiarity with container and platform security concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or knowledge transfer programs
• Strong ability to translate technical security requirements into clear, actionable standards
• Good communication skills with ability to work across technical, security, and business stakeholders
