Infrastructure & Network Engineer (M/F)

The role involves administering VMware virtualization environments, Dell storage solutions, Cisco network infrastructure, and security platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing network and security changes, supporting Level 1 and Level 2 teams, automating operational tasks, and continuously improving infrastructure performance, monitoring, and documentation.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems and/or Network Administration.
• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization environments.
• Experience with Dell SAN storage administration and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, stacking, Wi-Fi controllers, ISE).
• Experience managing firewall, proxy, and security rules in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with network security solutions such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, and McAfee Proxy is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities on complex infrastructure issues.
• Experience providing Level 3 technical support and collaborating with support teams.
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
• Good understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking certification is considered an asset.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
