Your role
- Coordinate the monitoring of maintenance operations, regulatory inspections, and compliance for assigned real estate sites in technical areas such as HVAC, special gases, building system regulations, and electricity.
- Ensure quality service delivery in UNI's buildings, including offices, classrooms, and high-standard facilities such as BSL1/BSL2 laboratories, clean rooms, and animal houses.
- Integrate energy management, sustainability, and daily safety considerations into your mission.
- Monitor and report on key operating parameters required by internal customers, ensuring smooth infrastructure operation and building sustainability.
- Periodically report on installation status, incidents, faults, and solutions, either independently or in coordination with service providers.
- In collaboration with internal customers and service providers, develop business continuity plans by assessing risks of technical failures and their operational impact.
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure work and modifications, ensuring future maintenance conditions are met for security and safety equipment.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, performance standards, budgets, and deadlines in all activities.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and upkeeping policy for assets, focusing on reliability, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Manage all administrative tasks and documentation related to technical activities and play an active role in preparing relevant budgets.
Your profile
Education:
- Minimum BAC+3 in technical/building maintenance -
Experience:
- At least 5 years in building maintenance
- Expertise in HVAC, fluids/gas, and regulation systems
- Expertise in the electrical field - power and low-current installations - is an asset
- Experience in laboratory infrastructures is an asset
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft 365, ticketing systems is an advantage
- Proficient in writing reports/presentations
- Experience in drafting technical sections of tender documents is an asset

Job Requirements:
- Strong on-site presence to gain in-depth knowledge of technical infrastructures
- Occasional work outside regular hours, including Saturdays
- On-call duty, to ensure 24/7 operations and interventions
Languages:
- French (C1 - independent)
- English (B2 - advanced; required for meetings)
