Job Description

Technical Support :

- Provides direct technical support on-site.

- Supports and guides technicians.

- Provides assistance with complex troubleshooting.

- Ensures that questions from the client or management are answered.

Administrative and Management Aspects

- Ensures that the technicians under his supervision adhere to the maintenance schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English and a good level of French
