Client Service Expert - Private Banking International

Your Challenge


  • Providing professional and proactive support for all day-to-day tasks
  • Preparing and following-up on account openings for private and company accounts
  • Processing payment instructions and other banking transactions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Preparing client meetings, business trips and related documentation, including follow-up activities
  • Supporting KYC, AML and Compliance processes in close collaboration with colleagues
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, requests and correspondence, always delivering exceptional service
  • Providing support for e-banking, credit card services and other client-related banking needs
  • Monitoring of corporate actions, maturities, entering term deposits and loans and FX trades / Receipt and handling of security orders (via Avaloq)
  • Managing AppWay workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, reviews and credit applications
  • Contributing to special projects, client events and continuous process improvements.


Your Profile


  • You have completed a bank apprenticeship or a degree in the financial field combined with at least three years of work experience as Private Banking Assistant
  • You have a MiFID II Certification which is mandatory for this role
  • You have a strong client focus and share a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
  • You show excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. You remain calm, structured and efficient, even when managing multiple priorities.
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Teamwork is just as important to you as it is to us
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a professional, friendly and service-oriented approach
  • You have profound knowledge in Private Banking Assistant tasks, in MS Office package (Word, Excel) and ideally also in the AppWay and Avaloq systems
  • You have fluent written and spoken language skills in English. Language skills in German or Baltic language are an advantage.
