Social Media Data Analyst trainee (m/f)

A career within Data Analytics and Digital Intelligence, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations  to gain customer and market insights to take better business decisions.

The Trainee will be part of PwC’s data and analytics team in Consulting serving our clients from across industries in Luxembourg and beyond. The trainee’s main role will be to support PwC’s Digital Intelligence offering for our clients consisting of quantitative and qualitative analysis using The trainee will use big data sources, using public and social media data.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in analysing market and customer insights (quantitative and qualitative)  generated by public and social data.
• Looking behind the data and identifying key market trends and customer insights
• Analysis of marketing and customer performance indicators and insights;
• Excellent writing skills to create impactful custom reports.
• Visualize findings legibly using charts, tables and infographics, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data. 
• Working with key resources from data analytics, industry experts within PwC Luxembourg and across the global PwC network,
• Willing to grow skills and capabilities in the domain of Customer Insights and Analytics.

Your Profile

• Passion for market research, employing proactive and persistent approach and attitude
• Passionate about data storytelling –Strong capacity for multi-tasking, capacity to summarise information from varied data sources
• Highly detail–orientated, strong time keeping skills, efficient, autonomous
• Strong sense of responsibility, takes ownership, self-starter and proactive attitude.
• Must be comfortable presenting insights to a variety of audiences. 
• Familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums, Instagram required.
• Skilled user of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint. Interest in Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI
•  Excellent command of English.German and/or French is a clear asset.
