We are looking for Business Analyst with between 3 and 5 years of experience. If you want to join a successful company, do not hesitate to send your resume!
The Business Analyst is responsible for
ensuring that the organization business goals are achieved through identifying
and documenting clients’ business requirements and business processes. The
Business Analyst acts as the liaison between the various business stakeholders
and the project ;
Key responsibilities
- Business Requirements elicitation, documentation and validation
- Keeping the right balance between quality, cost and timeliness
- Chairing workshops and facilitating communication between the business stakeholders and the IT teams
- Collaborating with IT/functional analyst to find appropriate solutions based on the business requirements
- Reviewing functional specifications and design
- Executing and coordinating users acceptance tests
- Reporting status to project manager
- Following defects resolution during acceptance testing phase
- Identifying scope deviations and managing change requests
- Training the end-users to the new system/process
Profile
- Master’s degree in economics, Management, Engineering, Computer sciences or any related studies
- Proven experience in Business Analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Team-player capable to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to prioritize work while managing urgent requests
- Fluent in English, French. German will be considered as an asset for Luxembourg office
- Familiar with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry or Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of modelling language (UML, BPMN) and tool (Enterprise Architect, Modelio, Aris, Visio, etc.)
