Role Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Cloud/OpenShift/AWS Consultant to join our team and grow with us. You will be integrating our technology team.


Forty2 provides significant support for ongoing professional development and will support you in further developing your skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative, international team of experts supporting a range of clients, including top tier banks, in Luxembourg and abroad.


Role Responsibilities:


Cloud Architecture Design:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Provide expertise in the selection and implementation of appropriate cloud services, considering factors such as performance, cost, and security.


OpenShift Implementation:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift container orchestration platform for clients.
  • Work on containerization and microservices architecture, ensuring efficient resource utilization and application scalability.


AWS Cloud Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS environments, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and other AWS services.
  • Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.


DevOps Integration:

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices.
  • Automate deployment processes, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines.


Migration and Optimization:

  • Assist in migrating on-premises applications to the cloud.
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization of cloud-based solutions.


Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve challenges and improve overall system performance.


Your Skills and Competencies:

🌟Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

🌟Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions (AWS preferred).

🌟Proficient in containerization technologies, particularly OpenShift and Docker.

🌟Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

🌟Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

🌟Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, OpenShift Administrator, or equivalent.
