POSTE
Our client is a leading aerospace company, providing aircraft maintenance, component management, and financial optimization solutions. To support its growing operations, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and oversee financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of 4 accountants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide training, support, and performance monitoring to develop the team.
- Act as the main finance contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial Oversight
- Prepare consolidated and legal entity financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Accruals.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including consolidations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, VAT filings, and financial reporting.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes.
- Oversee payroll reconciliation, bank statement reconciliation, and supplier payments.
PROFIL
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (French or international qualification preferred).
- Proven experience managing an accounting team, ideally in France, Luxembourg, or aerospace.
- Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with accounting software (Bob 50 is a plus).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
