Production Operator (M/F)

Mission

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications.
• Prepare materials and load equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment.
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

Profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to learn new machinery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues proactively.
