MISSIONS

● You take responsibility for installing, configuring and deploying components of

the Anaconda Enterprise platform

● You will be responsible for setting up Anaconda Enterprise clusters on site,

guaranteeing scalability, high availability and security

● You drive the development of high-quality Python libraries and packages that

meet specific needs within the user community

● You will be expected to write clean, efficient and well-documented code,

following established coding standards and best practice

● Implementing new features, enhancements and bug fixes in response to user

feedback and community contributions will be part of your daily routine

● You maintain the compatibility of Python libraries with the various versions of

the Anaconda distribution and other popular Python distributions

● You will ensure that Anaconda Enterprise services run smoothly

● Configuring user authentication mechanisms, access controls and authorisations within the Anaconda Enterprise platform

● You will be responsible for enforcing security policies and ensuring compliance

with organizational guidelines

● Customizing Anaconda Enterprise environments to meet the specific needs of

data science teams and projects

● Install and manage additional packages, libraries and dependencies required for

data analysis, machine learning and other tasks

● Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, configuration, and compatibility issues

affecting Anaconda Enterprise deployments

● Monitor and optimize the performance of Anaconda Enterprise environments,

including system responsiveness, resource utilization, and job execution times

● Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scalability challenges to

ensure smooth operation of data science workflows

PROFILE

● You possess a minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience crafting applications

using Python, showcasing your deep understanding of the language's intricacies

● You have a good understanding of data science concepts and methodologies

● In the best-case scenario, you have a first experience with the Anaconda

Python platform

● You display a good level with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as

pandas, NumPy, and SciPy

● You prove a good understanding of containerization technologies like Docker

and Kubernetes

● You possess a solid experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure)

● Experience with version control systems like Git

● Ability to install, configure, and manage Anaconda Enterprise components and

clusters (on premises and/or cloud environments)

● Knowledge of Anaconda Enterprise security features and best practices for

securing data and environments (including user access, permissions,

authentication mechanisms)
